Honored for his commercial work with the prestigious Cannes Gold Lion, D&AD and Clio Awards, Brandon Dickerson’s directing career includes a wide variety of iconic content – from broadcast commercials for Sony Playstation, Famous Footwear and Dannon to music videos for the likes of The Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Switchfoot, Sixpence None the Richer, Zendaya, Vince Gill, Michael W. Smith, and Toby Mac, among many others.
Brandon comfortably stepped into longform as an director, writer, and producer of Sironia (2011), Victor (2015), and Amanda & Jack Go Glamping (2017). For the last few years, Brandon has harnessed his creativity in a variety of areas including the documentary “A Single Frame” as well as community-oriented projects. He is currently working on his fifth feature length film and teaching at the Richard T. Robertson School of Media and Culture.
Brandon is a lifelong filmmaker and creative at heart, whose work captures the moment: from pop culture to heartfelt narratives. After a decade away from short form, he is excited to return to his first love: creating dynamic and aesthetic forward commercials.
